We believe we rise, or grow, in our relationship with God by delving deeper in Bible study and prayer. We pray that our products and services leave you enriched, encouraged, and empowered to confidently walk out whatever He has called you to.

ABOUT THE OWNER
Hi! I’m Bamana Larsen, founder and CEO of She Ascends, LLC. My good friends call me B or Mana. I'm a writer, speaker, educator, and consultant. I'm also a student at heart - currently finishing up yet another degree :) I love all things faith, family, leadership development, women, and business.

My educational and professional backgrounds are in business, ministry leadership, higher education, and consulting. Over the past 15 years, I’ve taught, developed courses, mentored, and provided private or group training/coaching. I teach on things like purpose, mindset, and developing tangible leadership skills. I believe that living out what you’re called to leads to greater impact and a truly fulfilled life where you become “the best and happiest you.”
My most cherished roles are being a wife to my amazing hubby and mom to our adorable kiddos. Though my days are usually spent connecting with students and clients, or chauffeuring my littles, you may also find me indulging in some of my other faves like reading and shopping – mostly online these days. I like running, health and wellness, skin and beauty, spa massages (long spa massages), and catching up on past episodes of This Is Us, The Chosen, or The Voice. I dabble a little in home décor, and like many of you, I’m a fan of HGTV.
